- Sourcing 'Perfect-match" candidates utilizing the internet, head-hunt, referrals, networking events and other non-conventional sourcing methods to deliver 'Perfect-match' candidates
- Offer negotiations and on-boarding
- Proactive resume sourcing/pipelining
- Taking ownership of overall Delivery and day-to-day execution of job requisitions for our Customer
- Work Hours : 6:00 pm - 3:00 am (US Eastern Daylight Time).
